Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle Product recruiting experience; 2+ years in business recruiting
- Preferred mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience
- Proven ability to source and engage technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience with structured hiring and defining interview processes
- Comfortable analyzing data to drive continuous improvement
