Key Responsibilities
  • Build partnerships with Product and Business leaders to advise on role scoping and search strategy
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a focus on candidate experience and talent delivery
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on market insights and assess pipeline health using data
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle Product recruiting experience; 2+ years in business recruiting
  • Preferred mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to source and engage technical talent in competitive markets
  • Experience with structured hiring and defining interview processes
  • Comfortable analyzing data to drive continuous improvement
