Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter - Federal IT.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the recruiting process by partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
Utilize modern sourcing methods to identify and connect with passive candidates
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a technical recruiting or sourcing role
5+ years of experience using a modern ATS, preferably iCims
2+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter within the government consulting arena
2+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter
Solid understanding of OFCCP compliance and HR practices
