Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering
- Own the candidate experience from initial engagement through to the interview stage
- Source technical talent through creative outreach and community engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, high-tech startup environment
- Proven success in hiring niche and competitive technical talent
- Ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process efficiently
- Experience with progressive sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and online networking
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
