Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with hiring managers and define talent needs based on projected growth and team structure
- Sourcing, prescreening candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while identifying closing strategies for offers
- Proactively provide candidates with information to facilitate their decision-making process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on impact and results
- Experience partnering with Engineering Leaders and hiring for various engineering roles
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
