Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build deep relationships with hiring managers and define talent needs based on projected growth and team structure
  • Sourcing, prescreening candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while identifying closing strategies for offers
  • Proactively provide candidates with information to facilitate their decision-making process


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on impact and results
  • Experience partnering with Engineering Leaders and hiring for various engineering roles
  • Proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified candidates through multiple channels
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
