Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hands-on recruitment efforts for critical hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored recruiting strategies and provide market intelligence
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of filling critical technical and digital marketing roles
- Strong understanding of web/mobile development and performance marketing disciplines
- Experience with modern ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus
