A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hands-on recruitment efforts for critical hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored recruiting strategies and provide market intelligence
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques and networking

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of filling critical technical and digital marketing roles
• Strong understanding of web/mobile development and performance marketing disciplines
• Experience with modern ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus
