Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and scale its talent engine during a phase of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and strategic roles
- Architect sourcing strategies for high-leverage talent in AI, energy, and climate
- Design and refine structured interview and evaluation processes to improve hiring quality
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 5+ years in technical recruiting
- Extensive experience hiring senior engineers, ML/AI specialists, and data scientists
- Strong sourcing skills across various platforms and niche talent pools
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement recruiting processes
- Experience supporting or running people operations in a fast-moving environment
