Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and strategic roles
• Architect sourcing strategies for high-leverage talent in AI, energy, and climate
• Design and refine structured interview and evaluation processes to improve hiring quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 5+ years in technical recruiting
• Extensive experience hiring senior engineers, ML/AI specialists, and data scientists
• Strong sourcing skills across various platforms and niche talent pools
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement recruiting processes
• Experience supporting or running people operations in a fast-moving environment
