Key Responsibilities

• Build candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods and conduct interviews to assess fit
• Provide market intelligence and advise hiring managers on role structuring and candidate attraction strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience focused on technical roles
• Proven experience recruiting across Latin America, including specific countries like Colombia and Brazil
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (C1+ level)
• Strong direct sourcing skills and understanding of LATAM market compensation practices
• Experience working in the technology sector or related fields is preferred
