Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes and drive the design of recruiting technologies and metrics for efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, with significant full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, and candidate assessment methodologies
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement with C-level leaders
  • In-depth knowledge of job leveling systems and compensation benchmarking
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
