Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, R37 (AI/ML & Engineering).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand talent requirements and forecast needs
• Create and implement proactive recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands swiftly
• Manage reporting and updates to hiring leaders and maintain candidate engagement

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of technical recruiting experience across various roles and locations
• Proven ability to partner with hiring leaders at multiple organizational levels
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates
• Experience managing sourcing projects and developing talent pipelines
• Familiarity with social media and recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Glassdoor
