Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support technology clients in hiring AI and Engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and interview processes
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in AI/ML and Engineering
• In-house recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment
• Strong technical acumen for recruiting complex roles
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
