Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter to drive hiring efforts for technical roles across its global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles, as well as non-technical roles as needed
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive technical talent
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in software, engineering, or technical roles
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence hiring outcomes
- Strong technical sourcing capabilities and experience with Boolean search and targeted outreach strategies
- Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus
