- Own the full-cycle technical recruiting process for global Engineering, Product, and Technical roles
- Proactively source and engage passive talent from relevant communities to build high-quality pipelines
- Champion a structured interview process and maintain data integrity within the ATS to inform hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in a high-growth tech startup
- Technical fluency in areas such as Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform
- A "builder" mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and refine processes
- A data-centric approach to track pipeline health and inform decision-making
- High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
