Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle technical recruiting process for global Engineering, Product, and Technical roles
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent from relevant communities to build high-quality pipelines
  • Champion a structured interview process and maintain data integrity within the ATS to inform hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in a high-growth tech startup
  • Technical fluency in areas such as Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform
  • A "builder" mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and refine processes
  • A data-centric approach to track pipeline health and inform decision-making
  • High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
