Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with client groups to identify staffing requirements and develop staffing strategies
• Recruit and actively source candidates using various tools and methods
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in recruiting for software or technology roles
• Experience recruiting for AI Engineering roles
• Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with stakeholders
• Proven experience in assessing and screening candidates for technical roles
• Strong sourcing skills using web-based tools and search strings
