• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, utilizing recruiting metrics to inform strategies
• Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges and facilitate decision-making
• Experience managing high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management
• Strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the talent market
