Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for contract, consulting, and direct-hire roles within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
Headhunt and engage passive candidates for senior and executive-level technical positions
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Required Qualifications

5+ years of agency recruitment experience, focusing on headhunting contractors/consultants
Proven experience recruiting within pharmaceutical/biotech cGMP environments
Minimum 2+ years recruiting senior and executive-level technical roles
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
