Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for contract, consulting, and direct-hire roles within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
- Headhunt and engage passive candidates for senior and executive-level technical positions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency recruitment experience, focusing on headhunting contractors/consultants
- Proven experience recruiting within pharmaceutical/biotech cGMP environments
- Minimum 2+ years recruiting senior and executive-level technical roles
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
