Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with at least 5 years at a tech company
• Proven ability to source and engage top talent across technical and non-technical roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple open roles while meeting hiring targets
