Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for engineering teams, collaborating with hiring managers to influence hiring strategies

• Develop job posts, hiring plans, and improve recruiting processes while emphasizing diversity and inclusion

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering recruiting experience with a focus on Infrastructure and/or ML
• Proven track record of building teams across multiple levels, including leadership roles
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and build relationships with hiring managers
• Data-focused with a commitment to diversity hiring and inclusive practices
