Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software consultancy, fintech, or professional services
- Proven success in recruiting for software engineering, UX/product design, or technology consulting roles
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, managing complex pipelines
- Strong interviewing skills using structured frameworks to assess technical competency and values fit
- Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
