Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to address recruiting challenges and manage the interview process
  • Source and engage top-level talent using various recruiting tools and maintain recruitment records
  • Communicate with hiring managers regarding recruitment needs and provide guidance on compensation benchmarking
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience, focusing on technical roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong background in sourcing candidates and compensation negotiation
  • Understanding of recruiting compliance and prior experience with government contractors
