Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to address recruiting challenges and manage the interview process
- Source and engage top-level talent using various recruiting tools and maintain recruitment records
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding recruitment needs and provide guidance on compensation benchmarking
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience, focusing on technical roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong background in sourcing candidates and compensation negotiation
- Understanding of recruiting compliance and prior experience with government contractors
