Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake meetings, sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for candidate generation
  • Utilize market data and knowledge of employee value propositions to engage passive candidates and build candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, particularly in engineering functions
  • Extensive network and knowledge of leading search practices in recruiting
  • Expertise in all components of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing and relationship management
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered
