Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on recruiting strategies and labor market conditions
  • Lead full-life cycle recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill positions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
  • 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, including full-life cycle recruiting
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting for hard-to-fill/professional positions
  • Strategic recruiting and sourcing expertise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
