Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on recruiting strategies and labor market conditions
- Lead full-life cycle recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
- 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, including full-life cycle recruiting
- 1 year of experience in recruiting for hard-to-fill/professional positions
- Strategic recruiting and sourcing expertise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
