Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the hiring strategy for AI, data, and engineering functions
• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact, hard-to-fill technical roles across various disciplines
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies targeting passive, high-caliber technical talent

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in engineering, data, and/or AI hiring
• Proven success in hiring for highly specialized, competitive roles
• Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or build environments
• Ability to function as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Strong sourcing capability and track record of engaging passive talent pools
