Key Responsibilities
- Drive full cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles in the environmental consulting industry
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic sourcing guidance
- Evaluate and enhance recruiting workflows to ensure compliance and equitable practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in engineering and environmental consulting roles
- Proven success in sourcing and closing hard-to-find technical talent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
