Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in engineering and environmental consulting roles
• Proven success in sourcing and closing hard-to-find technical talent
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
