Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for critical roles across the company, including executive and specialized technical positions
- Partner with founders and functional leaders to define hiring priorities and interview strategies
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent and lead executive search efforts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing startups or early-stage companies
- Experience recruiting in aerospace & defense or closely related deep-tech/hardware domains
- Proven ability to recruit both executive-level leaders and deeply technical individual contributors
- Strong sourcing and assessment skills for candidates with hands-on experience
- Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment
