Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for critical roles across the company, including executive and specialized technical positions
  • Partner with founders and functional leaders to define hiring priorities and interview strategies
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent and lead executive search efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing startups or early-stage companies
  • Experience recruiting in aerospace & defense or closely related deep-tech/hardware domains
  • Proven ability to recruit both executive-level leaders and deeply technical individual contributors
  • Strong sourcing and assessment skills for candidates with hands-on experience
  • Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment
