Job Summary

Senior Technical Recruiter is a full-time position focused on technical engineering recruitment, responsible for connecting candidates with job opportunities, building relationships with clients, and exceeding recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing methods
• Screen and assess candidates to advocate for their career opportunities and ensure a positive hiring experience
• Coach and train team members on recruiting best practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in the industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
