Job Summary

To drive TRM's talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and enhance candidate experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine to efficiently identify and recruit top talent
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase hiring efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools and personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market data to refine strategies
  • Flexibility and adaptability to quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers
