Job Summary

To support TRM Labs' mission, the full-time remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and enhance candidate experiences to attract top talent in a high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine to efficiently identify and recruit top talent
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various roles and teams
  • Create positive candidate experiences and continuously improve recruiting processes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven expertise in hiring hard-to-fill roles and using sourcing tools
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market data for strategy refinement
  • Flexibility and curiosity to quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers
