Job Summary
To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will focus on full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product organizations in a remote setting, preferably for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and partner closely with hiring managers to develop strategies and drive hiring processes
- Source and engage passive talent through various channels while managing the candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
- Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and act as a trusted advisor on market trends and recruiting best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical and product roles
- Proven success in recruiting for Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, and related fields
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage high-caliber passive talent
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
