Job Summary
To build an in-house talent acquisition function from the ground up, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will own end-to-end hiring for all four battalions, focusing on sourcing and placing cybersecurity professionals in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle global recruitment for all four Fenix24 battalions
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized cybersecurity roles
- Implement and manage an ATS to ensure pipeline visibility, data integrity, and accurate reporting for leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity or information security roles in the US market
- Proven track record of closing 8-12 roles per month as a solo or lead recruiter
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and cybersecurity-specific sourcing tools
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling the organization's mission and values
