Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle recruiting process for highly technical roles, the hybrid remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage multiple requisitions, serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and contribute to business development efforts for federal clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting across multiple concurrent requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing data-driven guidance on market conditions and workforce planning to hiring managers
- Drive pre-award and proposal recruiting efforts, partnering with business development teams to identify and pipeline talent for upcoming contract opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in the government contracting industry
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for cleared positions (DoD clearances including Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI)
- Proven track record supporting federal clients such as DoD, VA, or similar agencies
- Experience with proposal and pre-award recruiting, including resume preparation and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; military experience welcomed
