Job Summary
Partnering closely with executive leadership and hiring managers, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiting Specialist will drive strategic workforce planning and deliver high-impact technical talent in a remote capacity, focusing on advanced sourcing and recruitment efforts for federal civilian, health, and defense markets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute advanced staffing and sourcing strategies for both funded and proposal requisitions
- Build and manage scalable talent pipelines, specifically targeting passive candidates in the cleared and technical talent markets
- Lead training initiatives and disseminate best practices to the recruiting team while managing multiple sourcing projects from conception to completion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in technical or sourcing recruitment
- At least five years of experience with complex or higher-level recruitment projects
- Experience recruiting or sourcing for Federal agencies and Executive IT positions preferred
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies within the technical and government contracting space
