Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will focus on technical hiring, partner with leadership to define strategies, and enhance candidate experiences while shaping recruiting systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define needs and execute searches
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, and market research, while developing competitive intelligence for hiring strategies
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting workflows and candidate experiences, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality of hire
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant technical recruiting background
- Experience recruiting for engineering, product, data science, and other technical roles
- Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Familiarity with structured interviewing methodologies and a strong analytical mindset
