Job Summary
To support a growing R&D team, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-caliber technical roles, acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders while driving proactive talent strategies and employing innovative sourcing methods.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process for R&D individual contributor and leadership roles
- Build high-caliber talent pipelines through market mapping and engagement programs
- Optimize hiring processes by identifying and resolving friction points in the recruitment journey
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles
- Proven track record of hiring for senior stakeholders, particularly at the Director level and above
- Experience in building effective outbound and passive talent strategies in competitive markets
- Strong ability to navigate complex hiring scenarios while maintaining a focus on quality
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness without compromising candidate experience
