Job Summary
Focused on building high-quality teams, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for senior technical roles in a remote capacity, ensuring a rigorous assessment of candidates and a positive candidate experience while partnering closely with technical leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and technical leadership to define roles and success criteria before sourcing begins
- Build targeted pipelines for senior technical roles using outbound sourcing and referrals
- Design and run structured interview processes that assess candidate competency and coach hiring panels on decision quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical or engineering roles
- Demonstrated ability to assess technical talent and evaluate candidates beyond their resumes
- Experience building structured interview processes and influencing hiring decisions
- Track record of successfully closing senior candidates in competitive markets
- Comfort with data, including tracking metrics and acting on them to improve processes
