Job Summary
To support a growing IT, Engineering, AEC, and Professional Talent Solutions practice, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will engage in sourcing, evaluating, and managing candidates through the recruiting life cycle while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source and build a strong pipeline of talent across multiple skill verticals
- Prepare internal employment agreements, extend job offers, and support client recruiting needs
- Provide weekly sales leads to support new business growth and mentor future recruiters
Required qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
- 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, AEC, or Professional fields
- Expertise in using ATS systems and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong proficiency in social media recruiting platforms
- Proven ability to self-manage personal goals with effective time-management skills
