Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic organization, the part-time Senior Technical Recruiter will focus on full-cycle technical recruiting, including identifying top talent in Data & Analytics, Cloud, Software Engineering, and related fields while working remotely as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including drafting job descriptions and screening candidates
- Collaborate with leadership to influence hiring strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Software Engineering
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or staff augmentation organizations is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of current technology trends and the ability to communicate them effectively
- Proficient in using modern ATS platforms, with experience in building workflows and managing pipelines
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship
