Job Summary

To support the scaling of a dynamic team, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify and hire exceptional talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-caliber candidates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
  • Minimum of 2 years in-house recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse or similar ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
