Job Summary
To support the growth of engineering teams, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, craft hiring strategies, and engage top-tier technical talent in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer, focusing on candidate pipeline building and experience
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional candidates for competitive engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and communicate the company's mission effectively to candidates
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in attracting and closing engineering talent
- Deep sourcing expertise, including advanced research techniques and outreach strategies
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Clear and persuasive communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
