To support the growth of engineering teams, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, craft hiring strategies, and engage top-tier technical talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer, focusing on candidate pipeline building and experience
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional candidates for competitive engineering roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and communicate the company's mission effectively to candidates
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in attracting and closing engineering talent
  • Deep sourcing expertise, including advanced research techniques and outreach strategies
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong growth mindset
