Job Summary

To support Imagen's ambitious growth goals, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the entire candidate life cycle for critical technical roles, partnering with engineering leadership and utilizing innovative sourcing strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact technical roles, including Software Engineers and ML Researchers
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior engineering leaders, leveraging market intelligence to shape role requirements and search strategies
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier engineering talent beyond traditional platforms

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 3+ years of Technical Recruiting experience, particularly in hiring Software Engineers or ML Engineers
• Strong technical fluency to effectively screen candidates for technical aptitude
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior engineering leaders and maintain high hiring standards
• Highly organized with experience managing a high volume of candidates and data integrity within an ATS
