Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis, this fully remote position will manage the full recruiting cycle for senior IC, Director, and VP technical roles, with a focus on sourcing hard-to-find talent primarily in the Bay Area.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead targeted sourcing efforts for senior-to-executive technical roles, emphasizing Bay Area candidates
- Utilize various sourcing tools and networks to identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, assess candidates, and guide interview processes effectively
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Engineering and executive-level searches
- Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, including managing confidential searches
- Strong familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and technical communities
- Experience in high-growth environments, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to understand technical skill sets and advise hiring managers on market dynamics
