Job Summary

Focused on sourcing and identifying external talent for engineering roles, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage a requisition load of 30-35 positions while developing strategic recruiting plans and consulting with hiring managers in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and identify candidates for Product Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Electrical Power Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers
  • Manage a requisition load of 30-35 professional-level positions in a fast-paced environment
  • Consult with hiring managers on market availability, trends, and strategies to attract key talent
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a professional recruiting/staffing role
  • At least 5 years of engineering or technical recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
