Job Summary

Focusing on sourcing and identifying external talent for engineering roles, the full-time Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage a requisition load of 30-35+ positions while developing strategic recruiting plans and consulting with hiring managers to attract top technical talent, with the option to work remotely or from specified locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and identify candidates for various engineering positions including Product and Embedded Software Engineers
  • Manage a high volume of professional-level requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Consult with hiring managers on market trends and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional recruiting/staffing roles
  • At least 5 years of engineering or technical recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
