Job Summary

Leading full-cycle hiring for high-impact technical roles, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and closing processes while collaborating closely with hiring managers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and product roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and effective use of multiple recruiting tools
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and design structured interview plans

Required qualifications

• Significant experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter for roles such as software engineers and product managers in high-growth environments
• Proven sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox
• Demonstrated success in extending and negotiating complex offers for technical candidates
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of partnering with hiring managers
• Clear storytelling skills to articulate the company's mission and technical challenges to diverse candidates
