Job Summary

Owning the full recruiting cycle for US remote-based AI and engineering roles, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will source, engage, and close elite talent while partnering closely with co-founders and hiring managers to build a pipeline from scratch.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle from intake and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer, and close
  • Build proactive sourcing pipelines using various platforms and creative outreach strategies
  • Drive the candidate experience with urgency, ensuring no gaps or handoffs throughout the process
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house at a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of owning the full recruiting lifecycle for hard-to-find engineering profiles, particularly AI and ML engineers
  • Familiarity with technical communities and the ability to source candidates credibly within them
  • Experience using ATS systems like Greenhouse or Ashby
  • High ownership mentality and comfort operating in a fast-moving, lean team environment
