Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle technical recruiting for specialized engineering and product roles, build deep technical pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting, including kickoff meetings, candidate sourcing, screening, and closing
- Build and maintain deep technical pipelines using creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Lead the candidate experience by ensuring thoughtful communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in technical recruiting for engineering or cybersecurity roles
- Deep expertise in technical sourcing and proficiency in evaluating technical talent
- Mastery of recruiting tools and platforms, particularly ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strategic mindset focused on building pipelines and optimizing recruiting processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
