Experienced in technical recruiting, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for high-priority segments in Software Engineering, Product, and AI Adoption, while working remotely to enhance candidate experience and drive talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and facilitate the entire hiring journey
• Champion modern recruitment tools and AI technologies to optimize sourcing and efficiency
• Leverage recruitment analytics to track funnel metrics and provide market intelligence for talent strategy
