Job Summary
Experienced in technical recruiting, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for high-priority segments in Software Engineering, Product, and AI Adoption, while working remotely to enhance candidate experience and drive talent acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and facilitate the entire hiring journey
- Champion modern recruitment tools and AI technologies to optimize sourcing and efficiency
- Leverage recruitment analytics to track funnel metrics and provide market intelligence for talent strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting within a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong foundational understanding of software development and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches under tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
