Job Summary

To build a robust talent acquisition function, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles in a remote environment while implementing innovative sourcing strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute recruiting strategies across various roles and departments
  • Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates using creative sourcing methods
  • Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and improve the candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
  • Deep sourcing expertise with a proven ability to attract talent beyond inbound methods
  • Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up, including candidate experience systems and ATS workflows
  • Analytical skills to identify effective talent sources and manage KPIs
  • Strong work ethic and high agency in a fast-paced environment
