Job Summary
To support full-cycle hiring during a period of rapid growth, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will engage in technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles, while also managing technical-adjacent positions, all in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and technical-adjacent roles, from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align on priorities and timelines
- Build and implement AI-enabled sourcing strategies to engage qualified technical candidates
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in technical talent acquisition
- Proven proactive sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Juicebox.ai and modern recruiting CRM tools
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles effectively
