Job Summary

As a strategic and execution-focused Senior Technical Lead Recruiter, this full-time remote position will manage full-cycle recruiting for critical technical and leadership roles, leveraging data-driven strategies and AI tools to influence hiring decisions and deliver exceptional talent outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor by providing market insights and data-driven hiring recommendations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level searches
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume full-cycle recruiting across technical functions
  • Exceptional candidate closing skills and experience in stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting processes
