Job Summary

To support a growing Financial Services Company, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will execute candidate identification and screening strategies, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle technical recruiting processes for engineering roles, leveraging data and analytics
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity
  • Translate hiring needs into strategic talent approaches while representing the company brand
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in years of relevant recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of corporate recruiting experience, with 2-5 years in full-cycle in-house technical recruiting
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting for software engineers, QA, DevOps, and AI-related roles
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology industries
  • Hands-on fluency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems
